We partner with entrepreneurs from the earliest stages to build breakout businesses at our studio and invest in Pre-Seed to Series A opportunities from our venture fund. About the Job

The Head of Recruiting role will focus on talent searches across our platform, our portfolio companies and our partners. This is a unique opportunity to building out and scale a new function within 25madison. You will be responsible for setting the strategy and business model, executing on GTM, run searches, owning the P&L for your function, communicating with senior leadership, and building a community within and outside of our platform to support our talent pipeline. Over time, you will build a team around you, but initially will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting and talent.

What You'll Do

  • Run talent searches for our internal hires, our incubation and investment teams, and our partners
  • Work alongside our leadership team to set the strategy and business model for this new function within our platform
  • Execute on business development to bring in new searches
  • Own the annual budgeting and P&L for our talent function, considering ROI with each decision
  • Work collaboratively with our internal platform function to build a community among our founders, partners and outside talent, with the end goal of building a strong talent pipeline to support our searches

Target Annual Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000. Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity, annual discretionary bonus, or other benefits offered by the Company, as applicable.
