If a potential employer wants to conduct an interview only via text or email, it's important to be cautious and verify their authenticity. Before applying for any job, make sure to research the company thoroughly to verify its authenticity and credibility. Limit the personal information you share with potential employers to protect your privacy. Watch out for job postings that require you to work without proper employment documentation or work visas, as these are often signs of a fraudulent job posting.
