About The Job:

Our client is a family-owned construction company based in the northern suburbs of Chicago. The company has nearly all 5 star reviews and is growing FAST.

They are looking for a sales manager to expand the business into other states but also to grow the sales division. This person must have B2B sales experience selling into the education K12, commercial real estate, multiuse, HOA’s, insurance, healthcare.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

  • This will be a sales rep to start, with the ability to manage a team of 5-10 other reps down the line as a player-coach and reports to the owner.
  • Focus on training, professional development, coaching, and closing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow business through new meetings through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Lead qualification is 75% outbound and 20% account management through ABMand the marketing team.
  • Down the line, coach reps to prospect including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Help reps identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • The position will be in office with about 25% travel to to the south in their new office

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of B2B sales management experience.
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience selling into the education K12, commercial real estate, multiuse, HOA’s, insurance, healthcare.
  • Must be coachable and looking to learn, motivated above anything else.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
