TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Campaign Operations Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing our in-platform campaigns to drive stronger engagement between LIVE-focused creators and their communities. This will come in the form of quarterly and annual growth strategies, and the execution of campaign activations that smartly leverage the best of education, experiments, and incentives resources. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise.


  • Plan, design gameplay, launch, and recap campaigns for the US market to support regional creators’ growth and monetization capabilities in LIVE
  • Build scaled growth and cohort based lifecycle strategies that help optimize our in-platform channel's attributable performance on consumer growth (Creators and Viewers)
  • Educate and amplify gamification incentives to help drive high value actions and inspiration for creator's to adopt the most popular TikTok LIVE product offerings and content trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate in-platform campaigns into holistic O&O channel executions
  • Leverage data to optimize campaigns, provide insights, recommendations, and direction to build best practices that can be leveraged by existing teams
  • Lead and manage key campaign initiatives, and in-person events that support the US LIVE ecosystem
  • Analyze the behavior and activity data of LIVE users/creators, continuously explore and optimize events/campaigns strategies based on analysis and market research.
  • Bachelor's degree or above. 5 years of experience in content, campaign, marketing, or partnerships roles
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven, with experience inusing data analysis to justify a business decision
Preferred Qualification
  • 1+ year's experience in the LIVE industry, experience in the overseas market preferred.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000 - $160000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
