What’s AdeptID?

AdeptID is a Boston-based B corp building talent-matching AI models focused on getting more people into better jobs, faster. Our API-first product enables job boards, applicant tracking systems, and training tools to make them better at recommending talent for jobs and training. In our first three years, we’ve partnered with leading HR tech providers like UKG, training nonprofits like Year Up, and employer coalitions like OneTen. We are a fifteen-person hybrid team based in downtown Boston.

What will you do in this role?

  • Partner with the Growth and Product teams to help our customers implement our talent matching software
  • Work cross-functionally to define and refine an outstanding implementation experience for our partners
  • Support the implementation planning part of sales processes (including framing problem statements and success metrics)
  • Partner with the Product and Technology teams to ensure our roadmap is user-centric
  • Translate technical topics related to talent and skills for all audiences

  • Your background should demonstrate an interest in the topics of economic inclusion, talent/HR, Future of Work
  • You do not need to be fluent in data science or machine learning, but you need to find it interesting (and be willing to learn) - we will teach you; it will be fun!
