  • Wild Card Editorial & Skip Films create the opening line (trailer, a/v assets), the moment that invites the audience into the story.


We're seeking an experienced Community Manager to support the day-to-day management of a Top 5 beer brand's social presence. The Community Manager will partner closely with the Sr. Strategist and other 3AM team members to manage and publish content on all media platforms. Reviewing social media and other marketing metrics to build and improve campaign strategies and crafting responses to customers' and fans' feedback and messages on various platforms is also required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Posting all assets and copy across social platforms (platforms will be specific to client)
  • Detailed knowledge of all social platforms; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat; what you can and cannot do on the platforms, platform specs, and platform updates and new tech
  • Identifying and responding to fan comments with client approved copy, and in a timely manner
  • Monitor culture to uncover and concept reactive opportunities for the brand
  • Manage the social media calendar for the campaign, ensuring content and copy are added and client approved prior to posting, and have been tested for platforms prior to posting to avoid any last minute resizing or editing needs
  • Live posting and reactive for special events
  • Assisting in the development of the Social Media Playbook including development of platform strategies and community management procedures
  • Support copywriters in drafting ad hoc post copy
  • Client interfacing, specifically, but not limited to, sending client reactive opportunities and any posting updated
  • Coordinate with Account, Creative and Production teams to ensure brand consistency

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years working in social media including proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Bilingual in Spanish - proficient in verbal and written communication required
  • Deep knowledge of thesocial platforms including best practices, and creating efficient community management processes
  • Highly proficient using social media tools such as Netbase, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe, etc.
  • Experience developing editorial/publishing calendars and comms strategies
  • Proven ability to develop strategy and strategic processes that translate into creative concepts
  • Experience creating reactive content independently
  • Knowledge of social analytics & reporting structure
  • Experience launching new products preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Alcohol brands preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Comfortable working Pacific Standard Time Hours

Pay Range

$80,000—$90,000 USD
