Monrovia Internal Medicine and Primary Care (MIMPC) is an established and well-respected community-based medical practice located at the foot of the scenic San Gabriel Mountains in Duarte, CA. Since 2010, we have been providing quality, patient-centered, evidence-based Internal Medicine services both in person for our local patients as well as via telehealth services for patients across the state of California. We have maintained and are very proud of our 5-Star patient ratings across various social media platforms including ZocDoc, Google, Yelp, and Facebook.

MIMPC is forging in an exciting new direction. We have expanded our physical office size from 1000 sq ft to 2800 sq ft and now offer urgent care as well as chronic care management and preventive services to our patients.

MIMPC is now interviewing Digital Marketing Experts specializing in WEB DESIGN and SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGMENT interested in joining us as we expand our services to both local and remote California patients. We offer the stability and support of an established medical group, with the autonomy of a private practice. This position is both remote and in-office.


As our Digital Marketing Specialist or Website and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the design and content of our website and developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. Your role will involve designing a new website. It will also involve managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging, compelling content, and analyzing data to optimize performance.

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging contentincluding text posts, images, and videos
- Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Conduct research to identify target audience preferences and interests
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics
- Take photos to use online


To succeed in this role, you should have a Marketing degree with experience. You must also have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and possess a range of skills related to website and social media management.
