New Business Development Solution Representative - Chicago

About the Job:
ESP Global Services is looking for a New Business Development Representative adept in proactively managing the entire sales lifecycle and winning new enterprise customers. The ideal candidate has tenured credibility in developing key relationships and solutioning services whilst closing sales.

You must have experience selling global IT help desk solutions or End user computing and, Field Engineer support services.

This role is pivotal to ESPs’ ongoing growth in the US, and we will ask a lot from you. In return we will reward you with an uncapped earning potential, and without boundaries to vertical sector focus.

What will you do?
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, driving business growth.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through proactive outreach, targeted prospecting, and participation in local industry events.
  • Manage customer relationships and interactions throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximising opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Take ownership of your sales performance, diligently managing activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant information to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and gain market insights.
What will you bring to ESP?
  • Demonstrable experience and results as a salesperson, with the energy, confidence, and credibility to sell consultatively into enterprise level organisations, through an extensive network of leadership, key functional and technical decision-makers.
  • Recent tenure focussed on selling service value in IT support managed services, field service or engineer augmentation services, service desk or end user computing solutions.
  • An agile and results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Hands-on with process-oriented sales methodologies, CRM software and sales analytics / lead generation tools.
