Job Summary: Real Chemistry is looking for a SVP, Engagement Strategist to join our growing team! 21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, takes an innovative approach to advertising, and focusing on making healthcare more human. What you’ll do: This is an SVP-level Engagement Strategy position that will provide hands-on support in creating meaningful work with various clients across the agency. Organization, positivity and flexibility are essential as you work both autonomously and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare trends, and digital marketing strategies. As the SVP, Engagement Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that effectively reach target audiences, drive brand awareness, and ultimately, contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Creative, and Project Management teams to develop integrated omnichannel campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in omnichannel marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development
  • Help define timelines, facilitate progress, and ensure all projects successfully reach their goals
  • Develop and implementing comprehensive strategies that effectively reach target audiences, drive brand awareness, and ultimately, contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of omnichannel marketing and achieve their business goals
  • Lead with action to inspire and encourage teams in use of new methods and push thinking
  • Manage the development of strategic engagement plans for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and brand positioning
  • Develop strategies for distributing content across various channels, including digital platforms, traditional channels and emerging channels
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on career growth and skill development
  • Create and execute a comprehensive measurement and reporting framework to monitor the efficiency of omnichannel initiatives and guide decision-making through data analysis
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment
  • Responsible for integrating capabilities, encompassing tasks such as defining channel objectives, creating content, selecting and deploying strategies, orchestrating channels, and measuring performance

What you should have:
  • 10-12 years experience
  • Digital marketing expert
  • Ability to hit the ground running with a high level of expertise
  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines; HCP experience preferred
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Direct digital advertising experience is a must
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Pay Range: $250K-$275K This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
