Construction Project Manager

The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Campus Planning team is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team of innovative thinkers and animal lovers. If you’re passionate about building projects that make a roaring impact, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
 Plan and coordinate in-house managed construction projects
 Develop project costs for proposed projects
 Bid out all contracted work
 Coordinate all on-site construction activities
 Assist in management of large-scale construction projects
 Work with contractors/subcontractors to drive schedules and meet tight deadlines

Permanent Full Time benefited position: Shift will be 8-5 Monday through Friday. May be required to work a non-traditional work-week or work day occasionally to support projects, special events, etc.

Experience Required

 5 years or more of construction management experience  Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience  Basic understanding of construction practices and construction estimating and management processes  Creative problem-solving skills  Computer Proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and scheduling software  Ability to manage a fast pace work environment and juggle multiple tasks with a smile


$75,000 - $90,000
