The I.S. Help Desk Manager is responsible for the daily supervision of the various levels of staff within the Department. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the I.S. Help Desk call center to ensure telephone service levels are being met and high level customer service components are provided to key IT areas. The I.S. Help Desk Manager ensures that various phases of help desk support are appropriately identified, prioritized, documented, coordinated, monitored, and resolved in a timely manner. This individual works with other IT Managers and Leadership to set and enforce IT operations and security policies and procedures. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION
