How will this role have an impact
The Sr. Recruiting Manager, Network Management is a critical position that will implement new recruiter onboarding, training, coaching, strategies and plans for physician and provider recruitment to support all regions. The strategies will impact goals and outcomes related to the Home & Community Services (HCS) business line. The Recruiting Manager, Network Management will partner with the Regional Leaders to drive goal alignment, impact volumes/revenue targets and provide measures, metrics, and reporting.
The Recruiting Manager, Network Management candidate will be skilled and demonstrated in physician and provider recruitment; comprehensive knowledge of medical specialties; sourcing strategies; candidate pipeline development and growth; recruiter onboarding, training and development; and, performance report-outs.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $88,200 to $153,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
