How will this role have an impact

The Sr. Recruiting Manager, Network Management is a critical position that will implement new recruiter onboarding, training, coaching, strategies and plans for physician and provider recruitment to support all regions. The strategies will impact goals and outcomes related to the Home & Community Services (HCS) business line. The Recruiting Manager, Network Management will partner with the Regional Leaders to drive goal alignment, impact volumes/revenue targets and provide measures, metrics, and reporting.

The Recruiting Manager, Network Management candidate will be skilled and demonstrated in physician and provider recruitment; comprehensive knowledge of medical specialties; sourcing strategies; candidate pipeline development and growth; recruiter onboarding, training and development; and, performance report-outs.

  • Strategic approach to onboarding, coaching, training, and developing recruitment team to meet individual, team, regional, company performance goals.
  • Collaborates with regional development and achievement of strategic recruitment plans; monitors and revises strategic plans focusing and directing the organization's future course of action for physician and advanced practice provider vacancies.
  • Collaboration with Regional Recruitment Leadership for GeoMode strategic initiatives
  • Collaborates with regional recruitment strategies by contributing a deep knowledge and understanding of current state, trends and emerging developments with physician and provider recruitment.
  • Responsible for planning large-audience recruiting meetings pertaining to training, development and recruiting strategies
  • Responsible for creating training material and talent management content
  • Designs and implements recruiting strategies to source talent for vacant clinical roles utilizing a variety of search methods including, but not limited to, social media, applicant systems, database searches, networking, etc
  • Facilitates an environment that promotes team building and collaboration.
  • Participates in regular strategy meetings with Network Management leadership, providing a consultative approach on talent
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years experience in a recruiting leadership position being directly responsible for recruiting performance
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical recruiting setting with comprehensive knowledge of medical specialties
  • Experience with creating sourcing strategies, candidate pipeline development and growth
  • Provider Recruitment Training and development experience
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to report and understand data
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience with change management and the ability to be flexible in work style and responsibility

The base salary hiring range for this position is $88,200 to $153,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
