What You'll Do

We are looking for an energetic, personable Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager — a professional that is employee-centric and will go the extra mile to provide an awesome candidate experience. This role will assist with the full life-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles, from job post to offer. The role will also support the pre and post onboarding activities, ensuring a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for:


  • Seeking and sourcing passive candidates, being able to identify and gauge candidates for potential role fit
  • Building and maintaining networks of passive candidates for strategic placements when demand requires
  • Identifying unique sourcing strategies to include various technologies that aid in the identification of untapped diverse talent


  • Conduct phone/in-person screens to qualify candidates against position requirements, present most qualified candidates to hiring manager, schedule interviews with hiring manager, and advise in the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Effectively communicating the organization's mission, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent.
  • Conduct strategy meetings with the hiring manager to ensure understanding of business/staffing/job requisition needs and alignment of recruiting goals and methodologies.
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience with timely responses and follow up, and a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generating regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.

  • Assist with the administrative aspects of the new hire onboarding process starting immediately after an offer of employment is accepted.
  • Coordination of new hire training sessions with related departments.
  • Run a monthly report to ensure compliance requirements for new hires are met.
  • Partner with People Team, IT, and other cross-functional partners to ensure the onboarding processes are delivering the right employee experience.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 - 6 years' experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition role or similarfield
  • You're approachable and friendly, even if you haven't had your coffee yet
  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a huge plus
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with proven superior time management skills, including the ability to multitask.
  • Value relationship building
  • Positive, professional attitude with ability and desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
  • Passion and commitment to ensure an outstanding candidate and employee experience.
  • General knowledge of the technical recruiting landscape within the engineering and technology preferred
  • Candidates in the Dallas, Texas area strongly preferred
