Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Technical Representative to join our PBH team based in Grand Prairie, TX .

The position will provide back office technical support to all departments at AHI by providing expedient solutions for PBH (H-Care) related technical topics as well as support current production and legacy helicopters from the Airbus commercial family and manage technical topics as assigned.

Your challenges:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication between customer and Airbus to resolve queries and discrepancies .
  • Analyze events and fleet data to develop actions to improve fleet availability, reliability and reduce recurring discrepancies.
  • Provides recommendations to improve safety, customer operational availability, product reliability and aircraft maintainability .
  • Develop and present regularly scheduled briefings to customer and Airbus management teams on actions to resolve discrepancies and reduce Turn-around-time (TAT) and improve performance (KPI).

Your boarding pass:

  • A minimum five (5) years of rotorcraft technical experience.
  • A current FAA Airframe & PowerPlant License or the ability to obtain an A&P license within 90 days.
  • A minimumof two (2) years of experience with Airbus manufactured helicopters.

Citizenship:

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for VISA sponsorship.
