The Business Development Representative will spearhead our expansion efforts and drive sales growth within new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HVAC and Control systems, industry trends, and customer needs, along with a proven track record in sales and business development within the HVAC and Controls sector.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's HVAC client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices in HVAC systems.
Experience/Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, business development, or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
