We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Service Director to join our Asset Servicing Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL, Pittsburgh, PA and Everett, MA and is a hybrid position.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver exceptional service aligned to client needs and expectations.
Leads team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to major clients.
Provide strong client governance.
Focus on continuous service improvements across all products and services.
Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business and model.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is required.
10-12 years of total work experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
