Before you apply for any job online, make sure you know these critical elements to ensure that the job is legitimate and avoid scams. Job interviews conducted only over text or email may indicate a scam, so be careful and do your due diligence. If an employer requires you to pay for travel expenses before being hired, it may be a scam. Be wary of job postings that ask for personal information such as your social security number or bank account information, as this could be an indication of identity theft or fraud. Don't be fooled by job postings that ask for your personal bank account information, as they are likely scams. Protect yourself by verifying that you are on the official website before continuing. To ensure that the job posting is not fraudulent and that they are hiring for the position, it is important to contact the company directly. To avoid working for a company that doesn't have a good reputation, research the organization before applying for any job. Keep your personal information safe by verifying the legitimacy of the employer. Don't be swayed by promises of high pay or easy work when evaluating job postings, as these can often be signs of scams or frauds.

Our Balanced Learning® approach was developed with early learning experts. It provides clear daily plans so you can focus your time in the classroom on forming connections with the children—and spend your time outside of school focused on yourself.

Classrooms come fully stocked with everything you need, and our supportive Leadership Team works every day to create a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive.

And if that’s not enough, just wait until you help a child learn something new and see their face light up with excitement.
