```Job Overview```

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Young Harris Watersports & RV you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our watercraft rental services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests at The Ritz-Carlton with the overall rental process, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.

● Proactively resolve guest issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while adhering to company policies and procedures.

● Ensure the dock is adequately stocked with all necessary resources and supplies to facilitate smooth operations and meet customer needs.

● Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company's fleet, rates, events, and policies, serving as a reliable resource for guests and colleagues alike.

● Manage incoming communications via phone calls, voicemails, emails, text, and Kenect messages, responding promptly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Perform data entry tasks to update customerrecords and maintain accurate information

● Monitor the BookingCentral platform continuously, ensuring all bookings are up-to-date, balanced, and free of any outstanding issues or discrepancies.

● Prepare essential paperwork, including Craft Inspection forms and Liability Waivers, for all pre-booked reservations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

● Utilize phone etiquette and active listening skills to ensure effective communication with customers. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates as necessary.

2. Experience: One to two years of customer service experience. Boating experience is not necessary.

3. License: Valid Driver's License.

4. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. General: Customer service skills and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment, work with little to no supervision, computer programs including (Word, Excel, Web-based reservation system, etc.)

Hours of Work

Must be available to work weekends. Additional hours will be required around holidays and certain high-volume weekends. Hours of work are usually between 9am-5:30pm. Typical schedule is a 2-day work week (8-hour shifts). Must be able to work weekends.
