Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their journey with Wedge, from onboarding to expansion. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients maximize their investment in our platform, driving adoption, and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Feedback and Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Wedge, delivering feedback to the product and engineering teams to help shape future product developments. Advocate for customer needs and contributeto the creation of customer success stories.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of our technology, creating synergies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
  • New Deal Support: Perform hiring consultations for sales opportunities to ultimately help prospects see the value of Wedge, how it can fit into their current workflow and save them time.

What You'll Bring:
