Real Estate Operations Assistant

Revival Homebuyer is seeking an Operations Assistant to work alongside the Operations Manager in a VERY diverse role. If you need consistency - this job is not the one for you as we face new challenges every day that we must resourcefully problem solve! You must have a confidence and determination to succeed. As the Operations Assistant, you will be driving real estate transactions forward, driving real estate projects forward, sourcing and negotiating with vendors and potential buyers, and heading up new projects and initiatives. You will be working from home but also be responsible for traveling to our rehab properties on a weekly basis to check on them - this could be anywhere in the surrounding 7 counties, which means you will need to have some flexibility.

In this position, you will need to have a strong desire and ability to move things along with strong critical thought and efficiency. You should be willing to put in the effort to be part of the decision making process throughout your position...we bring solutions, not problems! Having a desire for structure, yet the ability to be flexible to that structure, is necessary. You have got to be a people person who is willing to build and maintain relationships on behalf of Revival. Your position is vital to the success of the company as you play a crucial role in realizing the vigorous efforts of the rest of the team.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and will interact with the Sales Manager, Leads Manager, and Asset Manager(s) as needed. You will provide support to the Operations Manager by assisting with the day to day operations of Revival. You’ve got to be resourceful, organized, and persistent if you want to succeed in this role.

  • “Team First” mentality with accountability to our processes.
  • Execute the purchase process for properties we are buying by coordinating with our sellers, team, title company, lenders, etc.
  • Execute the rehab process by coordinating with our current vendors, sourcing new ones, holding people accountable to timelines and budgets.
  • Execute the disposition process by marketing our properties on the MLS and other channels, vetting prospective buyers, and coordinating with all parties to get transactions to the finish line.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in all general administrative tasks and new initiatives as needed.

What Success Looks Like:

Removal of Operations Manager/Sales Manager from property coordination process. High quality buyers list and process established for our wholesaling disposition strategy.

  • Ops Manager and CEO feel confidence in competencies and relief from general administrative tasks.

Additional Preferences:

  • Hillsborough/Pinellas preferred (Pasco/Polk to be considered)
  • No previous industry experience needed
  • Experience with fast paced assisting, whether that is some sort of assistance with a busy real estate professional or a busy office setting.


  • $55,000 / annually + quarterly team bonuses with met goals (up to $10,000 annually).
