We have a position open for an entry-level claims technician. This role requires accreditation with the Associate in Claims designation. We will pay for your exam fees and materials. There are 4 exams each exam supposedly takes six weeks to complete with the entire designation taking supposedly nine months, the candidate must be intelligent to do this much faster than nine months. Our goal is one exam passed before Dec 20th, and the next three done before April 1st. The President of the company will also be taking these exams along with you as you are being trained.


Candidates already with an AIC will be preferred.

Assisting multiple lines of business with operations duties
Analysis & resolution of both routine and complicated work requests
Financial transaction processing and regulatory compliance
Meeting & exceeding hard deadlines
Continuous process improvement
New claim triage and assignment process

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. May require occasional overtime

TRAINING: First 90 days and then obtaining credentials by April 1st 2024.

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Ck Specialty's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

$40,685 - $65,000
