Plumbing Unlimited is seeking Sales Reps (Closers)! Due to rapid growth, we are looking to fill several sales positions. We specialize in helping plumbers across North America scale their business with our client's online business coaching program and marketing. There are several components of running a profitable business such as online lead generation, sales, operations, installation, financing & hiring. Effectively developing, managing, and growing these departments is essential for a plumbing organization to scale.

We are on a mission to help plumbers live extraordinary lives by building the business of their dreams and leaving a legacy for themselves and others. With over 5 years of hands-on experience with creating advanced sales business growth systems; the CEO has created an award-winning program that is taking the industry by storm.

The CEO realized he loved plumbing after scaling a shop from $300,000 to 2 million in 12 months. After identifying key problems in the industry; it didn’t take long before he realized that there was a need in the market to help shop owners with high-quality jobs. After installing essential pillars at a shop in NYC & successfully scaling in 2018, he quit his job & set on a mission to help other shop owners. After a few years working with different kinds of local plumbing companies; he realized that this system was possible to bring to any shop with the right mindset & determination.

Day to Day:

  • Full Time & Fully Remote! (EST, PST, or CST Working Hours)
  • Respond to new lead inquiries via phone and text
  • Qualify leads via phone and text based on our qualifying criteria
  • Answer any questions and resolve any concerns that leads have
  • Schedule leads in for a video demo
  • Present our program on a video demo and collect payment
  • Follow up and nurture old leads until they close
  • Constantly practice and master sales psychology
  • Complete ongoing daily and weekly training with our Executive Team
  • Daily KPI reporting
  • Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lead datain our database.
  • Nurturing new warm leads in our community to progress your sales calls.
  • Perform exceptional sales calls using our scripts and processes.
  • Display a high level of professionalism, emotional IQ, and passion for the uprising of women in business.
  • Live and die by the CRM for diligent follow-up with prospects and reactivating their interest.
  • Daily and weekly reporting of your sales data.
  • Weekly participation in the sales team training.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales and customer satisfaction experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. An excellent communicator with professional phone skills.
  • Skilled in developing relationships with exceptional interpersonal attributes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to implement new ideas. -
  • Someone who brings their heart and passion to the job and always arrives focused and ready to serve.
