  • Must have experience as a Content Creator and working knowledge of various Social Media platforms, SEO optimization, graphic design and WordPress, CRMs and related technologies and platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the Primary Lead for Managing andCreating our Social Media Marketing Communication Strategy.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals

- Conduct research on industry-related topics to develop new ideas for content

  • Be responsible for all marketing content creation on applicable social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Yelp, etc. by way of short form and long form videos, posts, paid ads, etc.
  • Design and lead team to create relevant marketing content reels, videos and posts for team accounts as well as individual agent accounts.
  • Maintain, create content and manage private FB and Instagram Groups and Pages.
  • Be responsible for maintenance and management of our business website and SEO code to optimize SEO performance.
  • Manage and report on social media marketing campaigns and results.
  • Manage Social Media integration with Multiple Databases and CRMs.
