Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster strong, trust-based senior executive client relationships, while seeking to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, proactively addressing issues, and driving continuous service delivery improvement.


2. Revenue Growth:
  • Develop robust strategic account plans that contribute to revenue growth & client retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients.
  • Have full accountability to the revenue objective in your designed territory, roughly half of the TaskUs portfolio of clients.


3. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute client service strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging client needs to drive innovation and anticipate demands.

4. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing client services team comprised of multiple VPs of Client Services and their extended teams, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centricity.
  • Oversee team development, performance, and resource allocation.
  • Bring a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a proactive management style that leads by example and is a servant leader.


5. Operational Excellence:
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to negotiate and manage client contracts, ensuring compliance, profitability, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage the client services budget for optimal resource allocation, consistent growth, and cost control.


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years leading client services/account management, embedded base sales and/or consulting organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale global managed service operations in a mixed outsourced and/or in-house environment.
  • Proven experience and understanding of business intelligence, and financials. Specifically, familiarity with SalesForce and some account-based marketing tools, and the ability to build, interpret, and manage data in an Excel-based or custom P&L platform.
  • Proven experience building and managing quota-based growth teams.
  • Experience building and deploying commission plans for embedded base sales teams.
  • Strong experience with BPO-based contract negotiations and management.
  • COPC or Six Sigma certifications or training are a plus.
  • Proven experience selling to new logos and large technology or consumer companies.
  • Domestic and International travel up to 50%.
