Role Summary/Purpose:

As part of the Sales Process Governance group (“SPG”) this role will drive process and project management for Client Oversight Program office strategies and projects. The role requires strong planning and project/program management skills coupled with the ability to work cross functionally and across multiple lines of defense focused on delivering initiatives supporting activities for the Client Oversight program office. The role will drive multiple functions/workstreams/teams toward the successful on-time completion of identified key initiatives. The role will provide project leadership, oversight and governance and will work successfully across all levels of the organization including project teams, sponsors, steering committees and senior leaders.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide cross functional and cross lines of defense leadership support to critical Sales Process Governance efforts towards driving enhancements in the automation and execution of processes supporting the Client Oversight Program.

Proactively seek process improvements and foster an innovative culture, enhances processes and quicken speed to market. Collaborate across multiple venues of process optimization opportunities for a cohesive approach and delivery.

Lead focused business efforts required to identify and implement critical initiatives to ensure the Client Oversight Program remains effectively aligned with business imperatives.

Oversee and manage the creation and execution of project plans, risks/issues assessments, effective project change control.

Create dashboards/reporting/communications to communicate project/program progress, hurdles, risks/issues and status.

Develop and manage rigorous project management and control plans, working closely with process owners, project teams, subject matter experts, project sponsors, champions and senior management to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Provide ongoing management and adherence to applicable policies and/or procedures

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned


Prior CD/Sales, Growth or Governance experience

Proven delivery in transformation program leadership

Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years’ experience in Financial Services OR in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years’ experience in Financial Services

8+ years demonstrated Project Management experience leading a project team of at least four people in a cross- functional project/program from initiation through to implementation for 6 months or longer

5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Project/Planview or other project management software tool – utilizing it in a multi-person program of 12 months or longer

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Must be able to travel up 30% of the time, as required including client facing engagements.

Grade/Level: 13

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
