ExpertVoice is looking for an Expert Success Representative/Customer Service Representative to join our growing Expert Success Team. This position is full-time. Mon.-Sun. 8:30 am-5:30 pm. The Ideal candidates will have a strong background and understanding of customer support and service with a technical product and possess a "How can I help you attitude?" Are you passionate and want to make a difference? Do you enjoy delighting customers and going above and beyond in your position? If the answer is yes then this position is for you!

This position pays $20/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Give outstanding customer service to our Experts who are using the site, through follow up, concern and problem-solving efforts
  • 25% of the time will be spent on asset protection using sift science
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the existing ExpertVoice products and value proposition
  • Maintain a high level of customer service through Expert support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing Experts through effective account management and service
  • Use the telephone, live chat and email to educate Experts about products and services (mostly, phone calls)
  • Ensure Expert satisfaction by responding quicklyand accurately to problems, concerns or needs
  • Develop relationships with Experts and Expert groups (Retailers, Pros, and other VIPs)
  • Facilitate and grow new Expert sign-up
  • Administer internal support tools and development projects
  • Work with Experts to identify website enhancements and future platform requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to type 65 wpm plus.
  • Creative problem solver
  • Strong interest in working in a creative, fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong internet skills and proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask
  • Focused on the customer and offering a high level of service
