Installation Made Easy (“IME”) provides software and process management that enable retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.

The Field Recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining our network of contractors, our biggest asset! The Field Recruiter will work with the SVP-Operations to understand the recruiting strategy, create recruiting plans, and execute those plans. Additionally, the Field Recruiter will be expected to maintain and track areas of opportunity for contractor growth and understand the needs within each market.

An ideal candidate for this role can sell our value proposition and overcome objections, has an infectious personality and is able to make conversations with anyone. This is not an HR recruiter position. Please refer to the job duties and responsibilities listed below to fully understand this type of recruiting role.

Essential Functions:

  • Day-to-day point of contact for recruiting topics;
  • Research potential contractors through various means, and identify those that can meet compliance requirements and fit overall strategy;
  • Review business metrics and monthly reports to identify recruiting opportunities, partner with Regional Managers to identify high priority needs along with opportunities to top grade existing contractors;
  • Conduct business reviews with Regional Managers, discussing best practices and opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborate with Operations to execute new store openings, roadshows or PRO events and ensure that all timelines and staffing goals are attained;
  • Setup phone screenings or conduct face to face interviews with interested contractors to provide more details on available programs and sell services;
  • Review incoming questionnaires, key into IME systems and schedule interviews for qualified contractors;
  • Manage the Recruiting needs list and transition approved contractors tothe Compliance team for onboarding and activation;
  • Obtain and review prospective contractor’s labor rates to ensure alignment with approved IME rate policies;
  • Support Compliance Specialists in getting contractors through the application and activation process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Past cold calling and inside sales experience and proven ability to “close the deal”;
  • Professional demeanor;
  • Sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability;
  • Cold selling and ability to overcome objections;
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Suite, particularly Outlook & Excel and ability to adapt to various software packages;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining efficiency and sharp attention to detail;
  • Exceptional organization skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related experience.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
