Sales Representative

Our sales position involves flex-time, freedom, and is a virtual job that you can do anywhere you have good internet connection. You will be responsible for doing setting & completing sales appointments, communicating with our leadership team and beginning long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible to connect with prospects, schedule appointments, complete calls via zoom, and follow up to nurture and close prospects. You will be responsible to find & close sales deals, and bring the right clients into our program.

- Complete zoom video sales calls
- Follow up on leads & nurture them to get them to close
- Attend daily huddles
- Complete end of day reports
- Exemplify our client-centric mission & company core values
- Identify and track leads and provide data to the leadership team to indicate progress
- Consistently be on top of all follow up tasks
- Use multichannel communication using sms, phone, facebook, etc. to locate, connect & communicate with prospects
- Work through the DoorGrow sales process and close deals
-Must be able to work independently and under pressure at times to consistently meet targets
- Build strong client relationships
- Listen to prospects’ needs, provide solutionsand execute strategies
- Meet or exceed company sales targets
- Ensure the CRM is up to date and the status of leads is updated

RESULTS (Expected Accomplishments):
- Consistently bring in new business revenue monthly: minimum 6 deals per month
- Complete a minimum of 100 sales calls per month
- Your close rate is above 20% each month
- You are generating new leads & scheduling a minimum of 50 sales calls per month through organic & outbound marketing methods such as: utilizing our Facebook group, calling leads that opted into a webinar or filled out a form, following up with past prospective clients or prior clients, following up with leads from our website quiz, connecting with leads through social media, etc
- You are finding & connecting with prospects that would be a good fit for our program & that want to grow & scale their property management businesses
- New clients are an excellent, long-term fit for DoorGrow & have a high retention rate

Pay: $30,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
