Don't hesitate to contact the company directly to verify the job is real and the position is available. Employers who only conduct interviews over text or email may not be reputable, so it's important to verify their authenticity. Never agree to wire money or send gift cards to a potential employer. Always take the time to research the company's leadership and management to ensure that it's a well-run and respected organization. Be cautious of job postings that require you to sign up for a recruitment or staffing agency before being considered for a job, as these are often signs of a fraudulent job posting.
