Job Summary:

As a full-time Vendor Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the intricate backend operations pertaining to vendor management. Your core duties will encompass meticulous record-keeping, rigorous contract compliance, and other administrative support your department will need. Collaborating closely with our Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our vendor processes, documentation, and the like. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor information and contracts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with vendor contracts and manage contract-related matters.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date vendor resources and process documentation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to vendorinteractions.
  • Support the onboarding process for new vendors, including due diligence and paperwork.
  • Generate reports and analyze vendor data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vendor Partnerships Coordinator and the sales team to streamline vendor management procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in vendor management.
  • Support Business Operation projects through data collection, proactive problem-solving, and information distribution.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all vendor interactions.

Must Haves:

  • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working as General Admin in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with CRMs. Must have keen eyes and very detail-oriented person.
  • Systems-person
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be reliable

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience working with Insightly is a PLUS but not required.
  • Financial or Insurance Industry background

System requirements :

  • Internet Speed: At least 10mbps
  • Device: Laptop or desktop, Minimum Core i5 processor 8th Generation and above running Windows OS
  • Memory: A minimum of 16GB RAM
  • Storage: Minimum of 128 GB SSD or 128 GB HDD
  • Audio: A good quality headset preferably equipped with noise cancellation
  • Video: A laptop/PC with webcam or a good-quality webcam

To ensure the security of our firm, we can only consider candidates who have a Windows operating machine. Having Windows Pro would be a significant advantage. If you are a Mac user and wish to apply, please note that you will need to acquire a Windows operating machine once you are accepted to perform the job with us.
