Imagine360 is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team! The Service Desk Analyst will provide high-quality customer support while receiving, triaging, remediating and/or escalating support requests. This team is responsible for monitoring Tier 1 support of applications, infrastructure environments, troubleshooting, and performing recovery responsibilities. You will configure, maintain, and support corporate desktop infrastructure including laptops, peripherals, and VoIP telephones remotely and on-site. You will also be responsible for initiating and participating in system recovery bridge calls.

Position Location: Onsite In Chesterbrook, PA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide employee facing IT service desk support through telephony, instant messaging, and face-to-face/deskside interactions.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, troubleshoot, analyze, research, and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and application issues reported by clients. Answer client questions.
  • Daily system and application monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, servers, systems, and key processes
  • Execute expert advice documentation for level 1 support and recovery in timely manner
  • Initiate Tier 1 and Tier 2 level of support with recovery bridge calls
  • Provide accurate communications during high priority issues through proper email distribution
  • Document all requests and incidents thoroughly and in a timely manner using the IT ticketing system.
  • Configure and install new IT hardware including laptops, docking stations, monitors, peripherals, and telephones.
  • Support disaster recovery and compliance by maintaining hardware and software inventories.
  • Regularly move boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience / Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data center real time environment
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Site 24x7. Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Flexibility with availability
  • When onsite, work is indoors in an office environment with moderate noise.
  • Intermittent physical effort involving lifting of up to 50 pounds, walking, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is required.
