Position Overview

The Account Management Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and project coordination to help support Account Management team.

Essential Duties

  • Scheduling
  • Scribe
  • Time Keeping
  • Tracking Action Item Deadlines [updating team calendar with project deadlines]
  • Running Reports
  • Metrics Dashboard
  • Updating SalesForce/Wiki Contacts/Outlook key contacts
  • Update SalesForce Meeting Outcomes and review report for accuracy
  • Document Management within Account Management key folders
  • Out of Office back up for escalations in the event covering Account Manager is unavailable
  • Assist with scheduling MCT and Adhoc Meetings – confirmations, follow up, rescheduling
  • Voice of the Member Tracking
  • Assistance with Account Management outreach as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred. Work history in Healthcare IT is desired. Preference given to candidates with a Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience- preferably in management/coordination of project
  • Ability to effectively management andsupport the needs of 80-100 clients/members
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access), SmartSheet & Sharepoint
  • Exemplary communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High skill level at managing tasks and details
  • Ability to work in on multiple complex programs and projects at one time
  • Stellar interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills required
  • Work history in Healthcare IT is desired. Preference given to candidates with healthcare IT experience

Work Location and Travel Requirements

OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. The typical offer range for this role is minimum to midpoint, with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position. Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors directly relevant to this position, including, but not limited to, skills, knowledge, training, responsibility, and experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
