```Duties```

We are looking for a responsible person who can remotely coordinate maintenance for rental units.

Your job will be to receive maintenance requests via phone, text or email from tenants and then schedule a maintenance person to do the work when it is convenient for the tenant. You do not need to be physically present for this and the coordination can be done 100% remotely via phone, text and email.

We will provide you with a list of preferred maintenance vendors to work with but for larger jobs (more than a handy man taking ~3-4+ hours or work requiring a special skill) you will need to find new vendors and get competitive quotes. This will require you to be able to negotiate with vendors to ensure we are paying a fair price for repair work.

Customer service is very important. A key part of this job is to keep the tenants informed ofthe status of repairs and make sure they know you are working on getting their issue taken care of. You will need to maintain a log of active issues and send status summaries to the owner 3 times a week.

This is an hourly part-time contract job with no benefits. You will be required to keep an excel spreadsheet log of the maintenance activities and how much time you are spending on each. This log will be submitted monthly and you will be paid per the logged time. We expect you to log roughly 40-60 hours per month (10-15 hours per week) depending on the issues that come in.

```Experience```

- Proven experience in rental management or a related field.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating/maintaining reports.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
