What we're looking for: Someone with tenacity, passion, excitement, and grit to join our team as a Paralegal Faculty-Online.

Summary: Are you an accomplished professional in your field who wants to give back to your community? We are looking for adjunct online faculty to assist in the development and implementation of a new Paralegal program. This is a remote position. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to describe theory, processes and techniques related to the Paralegal field.

What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $1500-1750 per course. Our benefits program for part-time colleagues (working at least 20 hours per week) includes paid vacation and state-compliant sick leave. We offer a 401k profit-sharing plan with a discretionary match and tuition assistance to employees.

Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:

Candidates should have prior online experience teaching paralegal curriculum in an accelerated eLearning environment, with strong, student-centered online presence, familiarity with instructional design principles, and learning assessment methods. We are looking for faculty who will be active participants in our continuous improvement processes and be willing and qualified to teach some General Education courses during the program development and implementation phases.

Education and/or Experience:

Master's Degree

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials related to area of
expertise; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from students,
employees and members of the business community; ability to effectively present
information to students, employees, and the business community.


Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.


Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge

of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and all software programs related to online
courses to be taught.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Faculty must have required certificates, licenses

and registrations required for the course(s) they are to teach.
