The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers which include Dealers, OEMs, Associations, Finance Companies, etc in the RV, Marine, Powersports, Trailerand Manufactured Housing industries.

This position works closely with the sales and product teams to set up, care for and retain these customers. This role is the front line of support for clients within the assigned area and is therefore integral in helping to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

What You’ll Do

  • Overall care and maintenance of clients, from inception to retention including, but not limited to:
    • New Account Set ups
    • Customer Training (onboarding and ongoing throughout customer life cycle)
    • Account Maintenance (ie, territory change requests, updates to reports, etc)
    • Assist in Cancellation Management and Retention efforts
    • Recommend and Show Value of Product Upgrades
  • Own customer resolution and ensure prompt response time
  • Provide recommendations/collaborate with internal stakeholders on product and process improvements
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, provide recommendations, and solve customer concerns related to and/or affecting their account
  • Assist with data vendor audits and communications

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to analyze and derive insights from data
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and work across teams and departments
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to internal and external customers

Bonus Points

  • Sales experience
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Suite, and CRM
  • Experience working with Data solutions and/or Digital Advertising solutions
  • Basic knowledge of RV, Powersports, Marine, Trailer, Manufactured Housing
