HR/Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Application Review:
  • Evaluate and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements.
  • Job Posting:
  • Post job openings on various platforms, including Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
  • Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Conduct preliminary video interviews with potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Employment Verification:
  • Verify employment history and professional references for selected candidates.
  • Pre-Employment Testing:
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as required for different positions.
  • Time Off Tracking:
  • Maintain accurate records of paid time off for employees.
  • Communicate and coordinate time-off requests with relevant teams.
  • Hiring Process Support:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • PositionVariety:
  • Recruit for various positions, including Internet Marketing Associates, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Marketing Managers, Administrative Assistants, and Website Developers.
  • Experience and Qualifications:
  • Previous hiring experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proven history of longevity in previous positions.
