We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to oversee and implement all marketing activities, integrate new sales funnels, conduct AB tests, create engaging content, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee all marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Integrate new sales funnels and conduct AB tests to optimize conversion rates and maximize revenue.
  • Create compelling written and visual content to engage our target audience and enhance our online presence. Experience in writing and video editing is preferred.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across all departments.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Be execution-driven, focusing on delivering tangible results and meeting revenue targets.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all sales and marketing-related inquiries and initiatives.
  • Utilize experience as a coach to understand client needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Work remotely as a 1099 contractor, demonstrating dedication and commitment to our team's success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with experience in content creation and editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and other relevant marketing tools preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a coaching or counseling role is a must.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Budget management experience, with the ability to optimize resources for maximum impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $84,000 per year

Bonus potential: Opportunity to earn $300,000 and more based on performance
