Currently looking for an energetic, highly motivated, passionate Luxury Sales Brand Ambassador Freelancer Fragrance in Richmond area for a luxury company.

We are looking for a result-driven retail Brand Ambassador to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sale.

Location: Richmond, VA

10-12 hours per week must be available weekends

The key objective of our brand ambassadors is to provide a fabulous shopping experience and strengthen the customer-product-service relationship to maximize brand awareness resulting in the achievement of all sales goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for exceeding sales goals in assigned doors.

Drive retail sales through education, demonstration and providing a professional consultation to customers on perfume | beauty products.

Develop positive relationships and collaborate with all levels of sales staff | management to maximize brand awareness and sales support.

Create a luxury retail experience while engaging the customer through the sale.

Maintain image standards at all times to assure the luxury experience is conveyed to every client.

Emulate the brands inspiration to consumer through brand representation for all launches & events.

Maintain counter excellence adhering to brand and retailers guidelines.

Ensure all brand | retailer standards and objectives are met.

Follow all hygiene guidelines is a must. Being sanitary and hygienic is important for everyone’s health.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferably 2+years experience in beauty retail or service industry.

RECRUITMENT Our team of professionals recruit candidates with or without experience for temporary and fixed-term posts.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week

  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
