Chosen Family Dentistry is a new modern general dental office in Rockville, MD. We are professional, innovative and engaging. We are looking for a team member who is positive, professional, and someone who wants to learn and grow with us!

- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detailand accuracy in handling patient information
