About this role:
SCP is seeking a dedicated Relationships Manager to manage and oversee relationship development and growth initiatives for our sermon resource site ( and staffing sites ( and This role is pivotal in ensuring good working relationships with our strategic partners and contributors. The Relationships Manager will also drive growth by identifying and developing new relationships with key partners, as well as looking for ways to better understand and serve our users.

  • Partner with the Operations Manager and stakeholders to understand business objectives and deploy strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Identify and develop new relationships with communicators, church hiring organizations, influential church leaders, and networks.
  • Create and maintain good systems for relationship tracking.
  • Utilize market analysis to identify relationships that will enhance our overall offering.
  • Ensure effective communication among cross-functionalteams to align on and achieve business objectives.
  • Works with the marketing team and operations manager to ideate campaigns and growth initiatives.
Qualifications: Requirements:
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Strong enthusiasm for relationships and working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction both within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • A desire to take on varied responsibilities and become an expert in relationship development.
  • Driven and self-motivated work ethic.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
