Communicate with the company to ensure that the job posting is authentic and that they are hiring for the position. Job offers that only provide text or email interviews should be treated with caution. If an employer requires you to pay for a job application, it is likely a scam. If you are unsure about a potential employer's legitimacy, research the company and verify their contact information before sharing any personal information. It's important to do your research and verify the company's authenticity before accepting any job offer. Use caution when applying for jobs posted on social media or other non-traditional job sites.
