Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $22.02 - $31.92 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You’ll Be Doing Provides World Class Personal Service to Members through a variety of contact channels including online chat, secure message and telephone. Provides detailed information, completes transactions and promotes Credit Union products and services to build relationships. Assists team members and supervisors with service, operational and technical support ensuring high quality Member service and efficiency.

  • Serves as a trusted advisor across multiple contact channels by using consultative service skills to build rapport with Members and offer personalized options. Serves multiple Members simultaneously on chat.
  • Maintains strong knowledge base around credit union products and services to make recommendations that promote Members’ financial well-being.
  • Demonstrates empathy to Member needs and life events, treats each Member like a valued Member.
  • Advocates for Members and collaborates with management and support departments to provide service recovery as needed.
  • Asks questions to better understand Member needs and provide personalized service.
  • Provides high levels of service that create effortless experiences that leave Members feeling delighted.
  • Defuses escalated Members on multiple channels by leaning into criticism and ensuring Members feel heard.
  • Leverages multiple systems to perform detailed account research, troubleshoot online inquires and process transactions.
  • Provides expertise support on multiple advancedqueues, increasing knowledge around specialty products and services.
  • Maintains open communication with peers and management via phone, in-person and online platforms.
  • Contributes to a growth environment by giving and receiving feedback, sharing knowledge and mentorship.
  • Embraces change and maintains a positive outlook to best serve Members and the team.
  • Proactive in providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the Member and team experience.
  • Assists the department with the training of new and existing team members and serves as a role model.
  • Maintains confidentiality of Credit Union and Member records.

    • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • 3-5 years of previous related experience required

    • Credit union/financial institution experience preferred
