If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $39,600 to $90,240 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. Who You Are Who You Are Provide hands on technical support to employees at various Children’s National Hospital locations in the Washington DC area which allows clinical providers, researchers, and hospital support staff to focus on providing the highest quality of care to pediatric patients. Job Qualifications Onsite client-facing supportagents to provide technical support, problem determination, and issue resolution in a timely manner to practitioners on the hospital floor and research facility. Note: Work shift may vary, although job posting says 1st shift; shifts will be determined based on availability and business needs. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contracted service level agreements.
  • May also perform installs, moves, adds and change (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts, for clients.
  • Resolves problems and performs IMACs within Service Level Agreement objectives (SLA), and completes all related administrative duties.
  • Understands the local and regional infrastructure and key contacts in the other competencies, i.e., network team, server admin, etc., to ensure that the proper team is aware of and taking action on the problem.
