Local Sales Manager

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales Manager, preferably in Building Material or relevant supporting
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of leading a sales team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the Building Material and supporting industry
  • Identify and target potential clients, build strong relationships, and manage key accounts.
  • Lead negotiations, present solutions, and close deals that align with client needs and company goals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to adapt the sales strategy as needed.

International Sales Manager

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as International Sales Manager in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Having a wide network with overseas business channels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies and achieve goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities, potential customers, and untapped markets to expand market share
  • Develope sales strategy and reach sales targets
  • Take responsibility for maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Keep up to date on market products and competitors’ new launches
  • Collaborate with the other departments on new product development projects for the export market
