We are looking for a passionate and skilled Wedding Designer to join our team and contribute to our mission of making every wedding day magical.

The Wedding Designer - Decorations will be responsible for designing and executing creative and elegant wedding decor that reflects the couple’s vision and enhances the overall ambiance of the event. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and our internal team to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for wedding decorations.
• Design Concept Development: Create design proposals, including mood boards, color palettes, and layout plans that align with the client's vision.
• Vendor Coordination: Source and collaborate with vendors for decor elements such as floral arrangements, lighting, table settings, and more.
• On-site Setup: Oversee the setup and arrangement of decorations at the wedding venue, ensuring all elements are in place and meet quality standards.
• Project Management: Manage timelines and budgets effectively, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track and within financial constraints.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues or last-minute changes with creativity and efficiency, ensuring a smooth execution of the design.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest wedding decor trends and innovations to offer clients contemporary and stylish options.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in wedding design or event decoration, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Creativity: Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate client ideas into beautiful and cohesive designs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with industry-standard decor techniques and materials.
• Flexibility: Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate wedding schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Certification or training in event planning or design.
• Experience with large-scale weddings or high-profile events.
