Admin Product & Data Reporting for Principal :

• A person who expert in Data, Excel Formula (advanced) and presentation skill for reporting to Principal .

Main Duties :

• Engage with sales team & Product Manager to gather & collect data (stock, claim) and progress (pipeline) report for submiting the report to Principal.
• Provide product, data & doing presentation to Principal.

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Having experienced min 1 years as a Product Specialist / Product Marketing on IT product for project and solutions are preferable.
• Strong background in data formula & analyst (Advanced Ms. Excel min Pivot, HLookup, VLookup & Power BI).
• Understanding of complex Excel Formula and can create the new formula that company needs.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written is must (active).
• Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
• Solution-oriented with a keen attention to detail (data) is a must.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to business trip to outsite jabodetabek area for project.
