Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values.

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support the company’s vision and objectives.

• Lead workforce planning initiatives, ensuring optimal talent acquisition, retention, and development.

• Lead and manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance to leadership on HR best practices, and promote best practices in employee relations.

• Analyze workforce data to drive informed decision-making and optimize organizational performance.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in human capital management.
