Tentang Lowongan

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the company is incompliance with taxation law/regulation, including providing regular update and response to line of business and function, actively involve and work closely with various department on projects for implementation of new law/regulation or new product, etc.
2. Ensuring taxation administration process performed properly and within schedule.
3. Regulary report to management regarding corporate tax including but not limited to regulation updates on Indonesia taxation system.
4. Providing tax advisory for any business-related tax matters within the company, including implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities in adherence to Indonesia Tax regulations.
5. In charge in reviewing/ overseeing tax audit processes, in charge of reviewing all tax consultant’s output.
6. Liaise closely with tax authority and company’s tax consultant.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, GPA min of 3.0.
2. Certified in Brevet A and B (having Brevet C is an advantage).
3. Familiar with tax and accounting software (SAP).
4. In-depth knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations, transfer pricing and other related regulations.
5. Proven track record of managing complex income tax issues and audit, from SP2DK up to judicial review.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Preferably has a tax consultant background and having at least 2 year experience in managerial position and 7 years of experience working in the field of corporate tax.
8. Knowledge in digital industry is a plus.
