Job Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing the entire agenda of president director as outlined in the Calendar of Events.
  2. Managing and preparing all administrative purposes related to booking arrangements, minutes of meeting, invoices and payment, and other secretarial administrations.
  3. Scheduling meetings / regular meetings as well as business trip that followed by the Director.
  4. Prepare the agenda, presentation material, and the whole purpose of the meeting required by the Director.
  5. Manage papers and documents of the company in accordance with the applicable procedures, as well as ensure that every letter/document is up to date.
  6. Handle other miscellaneous activities including personal errands.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
  2. Minimum experience one year in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  3. Good command in English.
  4. Demonstrated good time management and organizational skills, willingness to learn, and candor.
  5. Has an experience operating outlook calendar and other scheduling applications tools.
