1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Recruit, coach, and lead the Telemarketing (TMK) team to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Conduct regular check-ins, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
- Monitor team performance, address issues, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
- Ensure accurate reporting and high-quality results from the team.
2. Strategy & Funnel Optimization
- Design and implement effective lead generation processes.
- Work with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and ensure a healthy cost of acquisition (COA).
- Analyze funnel metrics and generate actionable insights for leadership.
3. Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales for smooth lead handovers and follow-up.
- Support campaign initiatives that drive lead quality and conversions.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term relationship building.
